I will get in shape, I will.  After my first Easy Yoga class at the gym (which kicked my butt, by the way) I picked up my newest weight-loss weapon, from Borders of all places.  It has a food and activity page for each day and a weekly check-in page every seven days.  It also sports a section with the nutritional info for common foods as well as spots for before and after pictures.  Perfect.  Now if it could just do yoga for me…

  1. Nifty – maybe I need to investigate one of these for myself. Maybe it could lose 20 pounds for me!

  2. I love yoga! I started doing it with Holli a few months ago and I am hooked! We do “gentle yoga” if they have that I highly recommend it!
