I’m finally doing a 10 on 10 post after months of saying I was going to. 10 on 10 is a blog project in which people take 1 photo per hour for 10 hours on the 10th of each month. My favorite school is proof that great education is about much more than new buildings and fancy equipment.
This may be my favorite quilt I’ve made to date. It goes to a very dear, long-time friend and her new little sweet pea.
Randy has decided to start collecting old, cool looking classic books and he started today at the rummage sale/fish fry we patronized for dinner.
I bought this today at Hobby Lobby. I think it might be some of the most perfect fabric ever. I’ll probably use it to make a baby quilt to sell, but I’m tempted to make something for me to keep. 🙂
Zip and I went on a walk today for the first time in a while. The October sun was beaming down, making everything look glowy and golden and extra boldly scarlet.

Chris and I went to a yarn festival today. I was very well behaved and refrained from purchasing anything beyond an ice cream cone. But if this was for sale, I might have caved.
